Precision Machining
APPLICATIONS:
Manufacture of arbor shafts, shafts, pistons, valves, prototypes,
blueprinted items, castings, back up for the fabrication department in
the construction area to drill holes for structural steel, mill
slotting, keyways, threading, boring of materials, and the list goes on.
Precision
lathe machining to .0001 for shaft and bore sizes for bearing fits.
Less than .001 run out in a span of over 14 feet. Also able to do
mating tapers (internal and external).
Mill precision machining
.0005 in lengths, hole locations, and part thicknesses. Less than .001
in concentricity, perpendicularity, and parallelism.
Boring Mill
for precise line boring and facing of larger size parts with dimension
of 6' x 8' x 3' tall with a 2 foot spindle travel, and maximum weight
of about 10,000 pounds.
